Delectable Paneer Parathas

The traditional parathas have modified the avatars over the years in many ways. There are palak parathas, methi parathas, cheese parathas, pudina parathas and more, but, paneer parathas are an all-time favorite. Any time of the day, they fit in perfectly as a meal. Paneer and its dishes are considered delicacies in Indian cooking. Not only do they taste yummy, but they are highly nutritious as well.
Paneer parathas are quick and easy to make and everyone in the family including children enjoy them. When accompanied by curd, pickle, coriander leaves chutney and mint chutney along with a spoon of Amrutam pure A2 cow ghee, the dish is fit for a king.

Ingredients
2 cups crumbled Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
½ tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
¼ tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ tsp Amchur Powder
Few Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
1 ¼ cup Whole Wheat Flour
4 tsp Amrutam A2 Ghee
Water (as required)
Salt to taste
Procedure:

Take the crumbled paneer in a mixing bowl and add chili powder, garam masala powder, amchur powder, salt, and coriander leaves. Mix well and keep aside.

For the dough add salt to wheat flour and knead well with water. Add one teaspoon of Amrutam Ghee and let it rest for 20 minutes minimum for flawless parathas.

Roll the dough into about 5-inch diameter, place the paneer stuffing and pleat the outer cover to the middle. Dust the dough with flour and roll it into chapati size.

On a hot tava, place the rolled paratha and cook both sides by adding ghee and pressing lightly so that the parathas are soft.
Notes:

If you’re making it for your children (below 5 yrs), then alter the quantity of chili and garam masala or skip either of them as required.
